WESH has a blog updating the results in central florida. They say the results there should start to trickle in in about 15-30 minutes:
7:00 p.m. Eastern: Local Precincts Close; Tallying BeginsVoting precincts across Central Florida closed at 7 p.m., and the counting has begun to determine the winners of the presidential primary. In previous elections, first results are released between 7:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. You can find the results on the homepage of WESH.com or by clicking here.
Update: CNN is now reporting results.
