I'm here in Sarasota FL, everyone in Mitts campaign, including him, sounds real confident, from what I've heard in the local media this morning.
McCain does not sound so upbeat ( although he rarely does. )
People are speculating that he is setting up his post primary excuses for when he loses, Many feel that he will play the victim of a smear campaign.....However, Any honest observer will admit that Romney only fired back at McCain ( With factual contrasts ) after Mccain told and continues to tell lies about Gov Romneys position on the surge.
Many Romney supporters are crying foul, that while voting with the touch tone screens ( Which are still used in some counties), They are reporting that after double checking their vote, they are discovering that their vote for Romney is being recorded as a vote for Tancredo, These individuals who recognized the problem, obviously were able to correct the problem.
The troubling question though is.....How many people did not double check how there vote was recorded....and therefore recorded a vote for Tancrado or another candidate instead of Romney.
This does not currently appear to be a wide spread issue but the only complaints issued so far have come from Romney supporters...
Hopefully this will not turn into a determing factor but we all know Florida's history, come election day...
I am a big Mitt fan in the Panhandle here in the Fort Walton Beach area. This is a huge military area, but the Romney fans are networked and urging everyone to vote. We had some poor patriots paint my dads big 4X8 sign in front of his house last night. We had a light turned on it and it looked awesome in the night.
The paint came right off and the perpetrators will be sorely disappointed to show of their dirty deed today. We fixed it before sun rise. :) You have to get up pretty early to beat a Mitt fan.
My brother owns a sign shop and we discussed making a sign to go next to it this says:
"Paint this sign again and you will discover where MItt's supporters stand on the 2nd amendment"
Go Mitt Go!!!!!!!!!
