As I cover this race, it has been my observation that after Hillary Clinton, Mitt Romney is the one most targeted by rival camps. Yes, even more than Giuliani. Why? Because there's a feeling that Giuliani will eventually flame out on his own because of his public positions. Romney, on the other hand is considered a major threat because of his appeal to true conservative voters.
