Two American Spectator articles on Mitt's Economic message--one of the writers also at the
Competitive Enterprise Institute. Mitt's talking about the
burden of regulation on the economy, very evident in Michigan. In Illinois we are a perennial judicial hellhole, as trial lawyers block tort reform and doctors stream out of the state. Then there is the issue of taxes, heavy in Illinois, and if the Dems win it all in Washington we will face huge tax increases.
Of course, Reagan talked about getting the government off our backs.
