While I can understand that Giuliani and Romney, as well as others, agree that we should have an appropriate appreciation for the threat we face in Islamic Terrorism,
NEVER, EVER gotten into trouble by
exaggeration is a pretty definitive statement that would fail reasonable scrutiny. I'm going to nominate the
Gulf of Tonkin incident as a counter example.
