We'll discuss his 2008 presidential run with an emphasis on his economic plan.Mr. Romney is mulling over a cut in the top personal tax rate to 30 percent from 35 percent, as well as a reduction in the corporate income tax, and deep cuts in Medicare and Social Security benefits.He’s also expected to propose an expansion in tax-free savings accounts.
